The Unwinding: Autumn's Turn Inward

As the wheel of the year turns and daylight recedes, nature invites us to release the active expansion of summer and return home to our inner sanctuary. The Unwinding is a two to two-and-a-half-hour continuous journey unfolding through physical movement, conscious breathing, and resonant frequency – a seasonal invitation to let go and settle into quiet stillness.

Aligning with autumn's call to soften and release, the experience begins with yoga to open the physical form and release stored tension, shifts into breathwork to cultivate surrendering what no longer serves, and culminates in an immersive sound bath that settles the space into profound, restorative stillness.

Facilitated in sacred circle by Eric Leadbetter (yoga and sound) alongside Ally Leadbetter of Light House (breathwork and sound therapy).

Eric Leadbetter started with guitar, piano and voice as a kid in Montana. Years on the road led him into yoga, then into sound and frequency, developing his own techniques to align mind, body, spirit and voice.

Ally Leadbetter is the founder of Light House in Bozeman. Her practice draws on a lifetime of herbal and earth-based work, sound therapy, breathwork and intuitive energy work.
